2 weeks ago i noticed a red spot with a lump on my left breast .feels warm since then the redness has went away but the small lump  hasnt.

Small lump: As described, it sounds like you had a localized abscess or type of localized infection (with the redness, palpable lump, and warmth).  Since the lump is still there, you need to have it evaluated to be safe to assure it does not need antibiotics or to assure it is not something more serious. Best wishes.

random light red spot on breast since last wk, doesn't hurt or itch, don't bother me... i'm 16 & i forbid to go to a dr, help?!? :,(  i'm scared

Watch: close observation and inspection. if redness increases and you start having pain, you may have a cellulitis or abscess that may need antibiotics and or surgery. do not wait if symptoms increase!

purplish/red spot on breast since friday. not sure if it's a bug bite or the start of ibc. painful at times, size of a quarter. round of amox work?

Be seen: To make sure you know what your treating. Amoxicillin is good for strep but not other bacteria that may be involved. All the best.

Lesion on breast: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination &amp; other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed (if indicated).

It is likely from: Suction on your skin. It could resolve after suction is removed or it may develop into a bruise.

Unusual skin lesion: Definitely needs to be looked at by a physician and perhaps biopsied even. There are many types of skin lesions that could look like that, but the hole and bleeding concerns me. Please make the appointment and do not delay. Hopefully, it is some kind of a sebaceous cyst and not something worse. Difficult to tell without seeing it. An uploaded picture in a private consult would be instructive, too.

It could be: an insect bite.   If it doesn't resolve in a few days, or if the pain/redness is increasing, see your doctor for possible infection/cellulitis.

NO!!!!: Inflammatory breast cancer is a very rapidly enlarging redness of the breast in one spot, rapidly spreading across the whole breast, and sometime parts of chest or back.  Unlike an abscess, which is a local pocket of pus, is usually not painful.  Other causes are a benign skin growth, or pimple.  See a good breast surgeon right away!  good luck!
