I've had a brown/red spot under my breast for awhile and now it has a hole on the side that you can see into and bleeds. wondering what this could be.

Unusual skin lesion: Definitely needs to be looked at by a physician and perhaps biopsied even. There are many types of skin lesions that could look like that, but the hole and bleeding concerns me. Please make the appointment and do not delay. Hopefully, it is some kind of a sebaceous cyst and not something worse. Difficult to tell without seeing it. An uploaded picture in a private consult would be instructive, too.
