Not your bursitis: Bursitis would not cause shortness of breath. If exercising regularly does not improve your activity tolerance, see your primary doctor. If it hurts to take a deep breath, see your primary right away, or consider urgent care or emergency room.

Yes: Specifically if painful, as the diaphragm muscle will have to expand over a distended bowel loop.

Chest pain: Symptoms of CP with shortwindedness on walking should be thoroughly evaluated. It is unlikely to have coronary artery disease in a 29 year old, other conditions like congestive heart failure needs to be ruled out. Or it may very well be something less sinister like musculoskeletal pain. Get checked.

Short of breath: Lots of potential causes. Just swallowing too much air can cause distension in your abdomen(bloating)and that can be associated with breathlessness from interfering with diaphragmatic motion. Having said that something else could be wrong, see your doctor to be sure.

Hard to say: Impossible to answer this good question without a more complete history, focused cardiopulmonary exam, and tests: possibly a stress test, chest x-ray, pulse oximetry, hemoglobin, thyroid test, and basic chemistries for starters.

thumping heartbeat and weird tired feeling like i might fall to the floor.  a few seconds of breathlessness at end of episode.  what could this be?

Visit your Doctor: It is difficult to say exactly what this could be without evaluating you in person, however if you are experiencing these symptoms persistently, i recommend that you see a cardiologist even in spite of your normal ekg. Perhaps a holter monitor or stress test would give your physicians more information.  If you experience chest pain or pressure, shortness of breath & dizziness visit your local er.

Multiple: Shortness of breath may be caused by a number of underlying conditions, including asthma, cardiac disease, embolism, muscle fatigue and pulmonary hypertension. Your physician may order a pulmonary function test with and without a bronchodilator, an EKG and a Chest radiograph after obtaining a detailed medical history and physical examination to help determine the cause.

my son went adenoid & tonsil operation wen 4 (now 6). now he is feeling same symptoms as breathlessness. please suggest what should i do.?

what to pursue if all tests normal (cbc, cxr, echo, ecg, spiro) but history of breathlessness (saying "hi" is tiring) for 20+ years? feeling hopeless

Need a workup: Including perhaps a cardiac catheterization or at least some serious imaging. At your age, with this history, the first entity I would consider is Ayerza's idiopathic pulmonary hypertension.
