Med care : Please emergency medical care  for difficulty with breathing. Your lungs may be irritated from bleach which is toxic.

Avoid Bleach: You should be fine, with time.  As long as you  can breathe comfortably and speak in a full sentence i would just wait and let the tissue heal. 

There are safer cleaning products. Please be careful.

overdose inhaled bleach fumes in bathroom for more than 30minute. im having difficulty to breath and when cough my upper chest tighten and painful like dying. what should i do to relieve the chest pain? can drink warm water relieve the pain?

Fresh air: Go out into the fresh air. Open windows and ventilate the area where you sprayed the chemical before going back in there. Drink water, if you feel like it. If cough, chest pain or breathing problem persists after 30 minutes in fresh air, go to the nearest emergency room.

Exposure can cause  irritation of eyes, nose &amp; throat, headache, coughing, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, wheezing, chest pain/ burning, fluid in lungs, muscle weakness, nausea/ vomiting, abdominal pain, pneumonia, &amp; can be fatal. Air out the area. Get fresh air. Get emergency care if you feel ill from effects.

Unless prolonged: Asthma, especially when uncontrolled, is associated with very sensitive airways resulting from the inflammation. The stronger the irritant, the worse the reaction.  However if the exposure is short to household bleach, the airway spasm will likely be short lived. The more inflamed the airway, the more intense the reaction.  if the reaction fails to resolve after 2 hrs, see doctor.

Rinse nose out: You may wish to try rinsing your nose out with water. The sensation will disappear on its own, but rinsing out the nose may hasten the process.
