3wks ago was prescribed bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) for skin infection few days later itchy rash grows under l breast. is it b/c the medicine? never had this b4 look like cutaneous candidiasis had 3 hiv test all negative

Could be: It is not unsual to develop candida infections after antibiotics treatment especially in areas that remain moist.

my baby is 7 months. she has a white spot below her chest since she was 4 months i think she also has oral candidiasis. plz advise?

Thrush and spot? : Ask her pediatrician to get a look at the white spot at her next visit.  Do any family members have such a "spot" does she have any other areas like this? How large is it? What shape is it?  How is the baby's growth? This may or may not be related to the thrush.  Thrush is a thick white coating on her tongue which you cannot scrape off.   This will require a prescription anti fungal  treatment.

i am having dull pain in my lower right abdomen for few days that comes and goes. previously i had taken lots of medicines for minor testicular pain. i have minor candidiasis in mouth, sometimes patches on chest that goes away with antibacteria cream?

: Stop taking antibiotics for 'minor' testicular pain. Also candidiasis in mouth can be caused by it, Wear a good supprt underwear. If pain persists see a Urologist and don't take any antibiotics specially if not prescribed by a Urologist. Not a good aidea to take ANY medicine unless prescribed.

Wrong question: Are there specific symptoms? Candida is not an infection the way  tuberculosis or malaria might be. The yeast is already present when something happens to facilitate overgrowth. This may be an antibiotic, diabetes, impaired immunity. Why inquire about candida?

Get checked out: Candida in your esophagus is not common without some underlying problem. I assume you were treated for the candida, but you'd also want to know why you got it. You should see a primary care and/or infectious disease doctor about it, especially since you're still having some symptoms.

There different implication for candida in the vagina vs. Esophagus.  Treatment will depend on the underlying disorder and location.
