Thrush and spot? : Ask her pediatrician to get a look at the white spot at her next visit. Do any family members have such a "spot" does she have any other areas like this? How large is it? What shape is it? How is the baby's growth? This may or may not be related to the thrush. Thrush is a thick white coating on her tongue which you cannot scrape off. This will require a prescription anti fungal treatment.
