No: While it's impossible to guarantee anyone they are not developing such a thing, these do not point to it at all. You do need to see a Dr to have an eval. It's possible that most of this is stress and a cascade of physical effects of anxiety. It can do lots of bad things. Consider CT Tx to learn how to manage it - Best!

NOT to worry!: Worrying about a brain tumor is NOT a symptom of a brain tumor!  You should make an appointment with a Primary Care provider. Sit down and discuss your symptoms..answer some directed questions and the doctor may perform a Neurologic exam...but stop worrying...its self defeating!

There is a solution: Headaches are common and most often related to stress(Tension headache). Brain tumor is an uncommon cause of headache. If you are that worried about brain tumor, it is easy to check for this, with an X-ray. But you need to see a doctor who can then guide you and order either CT scan or MRI of the brain to check for brain tumor which is easy to detect with one of these tests.

Anxiety disorder: Anxiety disorder is far more ubiquitous than aneurysm. Discuss your problems with the physician who knows you best for the most meaningful recommendations.

Medical phobias &amp;: GAD.  Keep w/psychiatrist but add a thorough physical exam by your doc.  Also make sure you are getting psychotherapy, not only medication.  Peace and good health.  Integrative health care has potential for best outcome.
