Brain tumor: Very unlikely that the lump is a brain tumor. Lumps are common at the growth plates or an old bump on the head can remain. Tumors that grow from the skull such as osteomas or meningiomas are benign slow growing tumors that occur mainly in women past menopause. Headaches with blurred vision are usually migraines. An MRI of the brain will exclude a brain tumor. See a neurologist for the headaches.

Dermatologist?: Difficult to assess from description. Sounds like dermatologist is in order. Most likely not a brain tumor.

: A brain tumor cannot cause a lump on the outside of the head. Wait and see what the dermatologist advises you.

i have lumps on my forehead, and lately im getting headaches a lot, is it possible that it could be a brain tumor? my aunt died of one when i was a kid, ive tried telling doctors about it but nothing happened, seeing my doctor friday, i also forget?

Not common: But possible. Many times tumors have a different origin and they spread to other organs, such as brain or skin. There are many other much more common benign conditions that can manifest with headaches and they are usually ruled in or out first. Seeing your doc is the right thing to do in order to start workup for your symptoms.

is it possible for a brain tumor not to show up on mri's or mra's? i have this lump on the left side of my forehead, saw a dermotologist and she wouldnt do a biopsy, that lump dont move around like a cyst would,brain tumors runin my family and died?

: Derm made right choice.  Not a brain tumor from what you say.   Brain tumors died?  That is almost unheard of.

: Chances are quite good that it is a benign cyst. See the dermatologist for complete eval and possible removal if desired or necessary.

No: If you can feel it is extracranial meaning that it has nothing to do with your brain which is inside your skull. let your doctor examine it at your next office visit.
