Doubt it: brain tumor does not cause this kind of symptoms, but i think you should be seen and evaluated by a neurologist if your eye doctor did not think there is anything wrong with your eyes make sure it was an ophthalmologist not eye doctor from the mall 
of course most optometrist are qualified to provide very professional and complete eye examination

Headache, however, is frequently associated with eye symptoms such as sharp pain in the eye, sensitivity to light, visual blurring, and excessive tearing.  Bulging eyes can be a symptom of grave's disease, which is a disease of thyroid gland.
