For a few years i have had one pupil slightly larger than the other. they both construct normally and eye dr didnt even notice until i pointed it out. also a cop told me my eyes dont have a smooth pursuit. been this way for years. brain tumor?

Doubt it: brain tumor does not cause this kind of symptoms, but i think you should be seen and evaluated by a neurologist if your eye doctor did not think there is anything wrong with your eyes make sure it was an ophthalmologist not eye doctor from the mall of course most optometrist are qualified to provide very professional and complete eye examination
