Sure: The only thing dangerous about bowling is the risk of falling. Late in pregnancy when you are big your balance is not good. The floor is usually slippery and carrying around a heavy ball can lead to falls. This is an issue late in pregnancy. Hope you get a strike!

while you are pregnat is it easier for you to have more sore throat  more frequently i'am in my first trimester and i have been having a lot of sore throats n hoarseness in my voice for weeks now is this something serious

Infections : Infections of this type are not more common in pregnancy. It may be that you had been exposed to someone with an infection recently. Check with your OB if you do not improve over the next week or two. Sometimes it takes a while (several weeks)  for hoarseness to improve after a viral infection. I hope you don't smoke since that can slow healing and be bad for the baby.

Very accurate: Ultrasounds tend to get more inaccurate as your pregnancy progresses.  First trimester ultrasounds are more accurate than second trimester ultrasounds, which are in turn more accurate than third trimester ultrasounds.  First trimester ultrasounds can reliably predict gestational age within 5-7 days.

Depends: Standard first trimester tests in the United States include blood type, blood count, hepatitis test, rubella test, syphilis test, hiv, urine culture.  Depending on the patient's history, her desires for genetic testing  or the doctor's protocols other tests may be performed.

Hormones: During the first trimester there are a lot of extra hormones around.  Some of those can cause you to be tired. If you feel particularly tired, you should ask to have your thyroid checked by your ob.  Feel free to take naps if you can.

Fairly common: To have spotting in the first trimester. It occurs in 25% of patients and can be due to a number of things, but i recommend a sono to make sure is isn't a miscarriage. If not- it can occur due to implantation of an early pregnancy, or due to formation of the placenta, or due to a subchorionic hemorrhage, or due placenta developing close to or overlyin the cervix.  Only way to know is to get a sono.

Uterus stretching: Many women will feel mild cramping. This is from the uterus stretching and growing as the baby grows inside. If it is severe or if accompanied by bleeding it should be evaluated by your obgyn.
