Very accurate: Ultrasounds tend to get more inaccurate as your pregnancy progresses. First trimester ultrasounds are more accurate than second trimester ultrasounds, which are in turn more accurate than third trimester ultrasounds. First trimester ultrasounds can reliably predict gestational age within 5-7 days.

Ultrasound: If you means for dating the pregnancy, they are quite accurate. A transvaginal ultrasound done at 6-8 weeks should only be off by a few days in determining conception date and due date. If done at 10-12 weeks, it could be further off, but should still be reliable within 6-7 days of the truth.
