See below: What do you expect these pills to do for you? These will not treat any illness and the only effect these will have would be to lighten your wallet. 
For good health - If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Doubt it: A woman should eat a balanced, healthy diet over the course of each week. Daily ingestion of cow ovaries have not typically been part of the normal human diet, over the past millennia. Thus, nobody knows whether or not there are dangers to daily cow ovaries.  Buyer beware; user beware.

Breast augmentation: I would be very careful in taking any hormone supplements just to increase your breast size. In addition to your desire to start reproduction next year these hormones could mess with your menses.

Not likely: I think there is probably no brain or nerve  tissue in this. Also I think there has been no mad cow disease in USA in recent years. However, the epidemic among British milk cows was traced to bone meal and meat added to their feed. Prions tend to survive heating. Since the US govt does not regulate these supplements you cannot know exactly how it was made. Why take this useless supplement, anyway?

Why take adrenal?: Bovine adrenal cortex will contain a mixture of steroids, especially cortisol.  This will suppress your natural adrenal output, and can cause diabetes, osteoporosis, central obesity, and on and on.  Google "cushing's syndrome" and "side effects of steroids" to get the picture.  Why do this?

: There are very few studies supporting the ingestion of bovine adrenal cortex supplements. They claim to increase energy and stimulate cortisol production, but there is no data to support these claims. Side effects can include irritability, insomnia, upset stomach, body aches and exacerbated mood disorders. Eat a good diet filled with whole foods and good lean proteins and exercise, instead.

i took both postinor-2 pills at the same time 2 hours after intercourse, then i read the website and it told me to take 1 and then another 12 hours later but its too late now, ive had one ovary removed a few months ago. will it still be effective?
