Why take adrenal?: Bovine adrenal cortex will contain a mixture of steroids, especially cortisol. This will suppress your natural adrenal output, and can cause diabetes, osteoporosis, central obesity, and on and on. Google "cushing's syndrome" and "side effects of steroids" to get the picture. Why do this?
