Possible: If your heart rate was rapid it is possible you may have supraventricular tachycardia. The best way to assess that to get an ECG at the time of symptom or have a holter monitor if it happens again. I suggest to discuss this with a cardiologist.

Both are too high: Both your BP and resting pulse are too high. You should see a doctor ASAP to have this evaluated and the treated. Start with an internist. Internal.medicine doctor. Good luck

See Doctor: In your age fainting is probably due to a vasovagal event. I recommend to see your regular doctor to examine you and possibly run some testing.

Shortness of breath: You should visit your physician for a full exam. If you are experiencing shortness of breath, a full workup should be performed. Does your shortness of breath happen during exertion? At night? With certain triggers?
You are a woman of childbearing age-need pregnancy test. After a careful history, vital signs/pulse oximetry and physical exam, other tests like spirometry, EKG, ABG, CXR etc Good luck

140/80 p 75: The goal is to keep your blood pressure below 140/80  and above about 110/70 .  Anything in that range is good.  Most  "normal"  blood pressures are outside of this range and should be treated. Heart rate should be below 100 and above 60.

Likely not: Probably not. But no harm trying, and if so, benign intervention with little downside. Support stockings are most useful in people suffering from orthostatic hypotension, a condition in which BP drops when standing. Most often seen in longstanding diabetics.

Sometimes: sometimes a higher than normal blood pressure can be associated with chest pain but you have feel perfectly fine as well depending on your particular circumstances. BP has to be measured since symptoms are an unreliable predictor of how your BP is.
