Infection or allergy: A swollen upper eye lid could be either a simple stye or a more serious infection, particularly if it is red.
Swollen eye lids can be  caused by allergies also. Allergies are more likely to be itchy.
If this doesn't settle down quickly you will need to see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment as you may need antibiotics for infection

Stye: At your age, this is most likely a beginning of a stye.  Treat this with frequent (4-5 times per day) very warm washcloths applied for 4 minutes at a time.  This will usually break the cycle.  If this is persistent over two weeks, then see an ophthalmologist.

my bottom eyelid is sore when i blink. & every night i go to sleep in wake up my bottom eyelid is a little swollen. please help me. is it a stye?!?

Likely: This is most likely a stye in its early stages.  You can try to apply very warm (not hot) wet washcloths over the closed lid for 4 minutes at a time; 5 times per day.  This will get rid of most styes of this type.  If the symptoms persist after 5 days of this treatment, then see your ophthalmologist.

i have what appears to be a stye on my bottom eyelid but it has push coming out of it. what is this? it's sore and swollen but my eye itself is fine.

Blepharitis: You could have got bitten by an insect. Hot moist soaks to eyelid if no help will need antibiotic and or allery eye drop.

Sounds like a sty: I t is treated with warm wet compresses.  If it does not clear in a month, it may need to be removed or injected with steroids.  Often clears on its own.

No: Swollen eyelids indicate irritation, infection, allergic reaction, etc.  Need to have it to checked out if does not resolve or worsens
in someone young, higher chance for being a stye, or a bite or allergic reaction if otherwise healthy and no trauma.

Oral??: If you mean oral sex, and your question is are you being paranoid, then answer is no.  Anyone should be concerned having any symptoms after unprotected ...Oral.  Having said that, chances of you contracting a disease is prob low, depending on your partner (if he (she?) has multiple partners, and is a drug addict, chances are higher).  Bottom line:  i'd get it checked out with your pcp.

What : What you describe sounds like a chalazion or commonly known as a stye. Try placing a warm wash cloth on the lid three or four times daily. If the stye does not go away, there are other treatment options and surgical options you may discuss with your ophthalmologist.

Styes can also be associated with lid margin disease.

Lid margin disease is a common and frequently chronic inflammation of the eyelids. Symptoms include irritation, itching, and, occasionally, a red eye. This condition frequently occurs in people who tend to have oily skin, dandruff, or dry eyes.

Bacteria normally reside on the skin, but in some people, they thrive in the skin at the base of the eyelashes. Nearby oil glands may be overactive, causing dandruff-like scales and particles to form along the lashes and eyelid margins, which can cause redness, stinging, or burning.

Lid margin disease cannot be cured, but it can be controlled with a few simple, daily hygienic measures, such as the following:

at least twice a day, place a warm, wet washcloth over your closed eyelids for a minute. Rewet it as it cools, two or three times. This will soften and loosen scales and debris. More important, it helps liquefy the oily secretions from the eyelidsâ€™ oil glands, which helps prevent the development of a chalazion, an inflamed lump in an eyelid oil gland. 
With your finger covered with a thin, wet washcloth, cotton swab, or commercial lint-free pad, gently scrub the base of the lashes for about 15 seconds per lid.
When medications are necessary, they may include:

artificial tears (over-the-counter eyedrops) to relieve symptoms of dry eye; 
antibiotics (oral or topical) to decrease bacteria on the eyelids; and 
steroids (short-term), to decrease inflammation. 
Medications alone are not sufficient to control lid margin disease; the application of warmth and detailed cleansing of the lashes daily is the key.
