Blepharitis: You could have got bitten by an insect. Hot moist soaks to eyelid if no help will need antibiotic and or allery eye drop.

? Early stye: Your description sounds like you may have an early stye although other issues can cause the same symptomology. Try warm compresses and artificial tears. If no improvement, see an eye doctor.
