: It seemed you had had severe PID in the past. Contrast (dye) was seen in both fallopian tubes but there is blockage in the R. fallopian tube (hydrosalpinx). The L. fallopian tube shows sign of previous infection resulting fibrosis; however, dye can go through both tubes because contrast is seen in the abdominal cavity. Chance of fertility is low with high risk of ectopic pregnancy if conceived.

HSG results: With this report, it will be impossible for pregnancy unless the tubes are surgically opened.  Without "spill", the tubes are blocked and the egg will not have access to fertilization with sperm.
Get a referral to an infertility specialist physician for advice and other options.
