Maybe: This treatment has been around a very long time and I have never heard of anyone getting into trouble with it.  It definitely seems to work in some circumstances, but I consider it a treatment of last resort that I have not needed to use.  To me it is comparable to douching, which is nearly always a bad idea.  There are also unresolved issues of standardization, dosage, and purity.

See GYN: You need to see your gynecologist. He or she will likely order a urine culture and place you on a medication such as  Flagyl or even possibly Clindamycin based on findings after seeing you. Is there a discharge? Is it foul smelling? You need to be examined. It  does not sound very serious but you need  to be evaluated soon. Good luck.

ive been using boric acid on and off for some months now and ive missed my period for 2 months but im not pregnant. i used boric acid suppositories to prevent yeast infections a lot because they would be recurrent, is that be why my period is late?

: Vaginal boric acid has no effect on menstruation. Something else is going on. Check with your doctor if you go another month or two with missed periods. Good luck.

Not sure: That boric acid adds much, many otc douche products have acetic acid, and indeed the mild "acid" may help.  Diflucan alone should do the trick: 400mg PO for 14 days.  Doing Monistat (mycostatin (nystatin) cream or suppositories) for longer time may work.  If it does not work, you may need to see an ob-gyn or id doctor to charcterize better.

Some experts now recommend vaginal boric acid capsules as a treatment option for vaginal yeast infections.

No suppository: Boric acid is used as an otic solution to dry out ears. I am not aware of any use in the form of a suppository. Unless you are doing under medical direction and supervision, i would strictly avoid boric acid suppositories.

no: That is not a recommended treatment for trichomonas. It is most commonly treated with oral Flagyl and your partner needs to be treated.

: It is better to delay sex until your vaginal infection to resolve with the medication. It usually takes at least 3 days after the last dose.

: Hemorrhoid tear is probably covered with mucosal cells otherwise it would bleed. absorption if any would be clinically insignificant
