See GYN: You need to see your gynecologist. He or she will likely order a urine culture and place you on a medication such as Flagyl or even possibly Clindamycin based on findings after seeing you. Is there a discharge? Is it foul smelling? You need to be examined. It does not sound very serious but you need to be evaluated soon. Good luck.

Do not self treat: See your doctor for an evaluation especially since you have an IUD.
