About 10-20%/week: You are on 35 mg per day. I would recommend reducing by no more than 5 mg per week. Week 1 using 10-5-15, week 2 10-0-15, week 3 10-0-10, week 4: 5-0-10, week 5: 5-0-5, week 6: 2.5-0-2.5 and week 7 just 2.5 in the morning or evening, depending on when your pain is worse.  However, if you aren't treating your pain in some other way (talk to your doctor), your chances of success will be less.

Hello. : Hello. The information presented is suggestive that you may have ascites which is a buildup of fluid between the  abdominal lining and the organs in the abdomen. Sometimes people who have a history of hepatitis c  or heavy alcohol use can develop cirrhosis  and ascites. This may have been why two of the doctors suggested having fluid removed from the area. It this were the case, might anticipate some possible abnormal liver enzymes.  Since, i don't know your definitive diagnosis, i can't advise what type of doctor to see.

Stop worrying: These are perfectly fine. Reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either end. Your vegan diet will benefit you morally though most of what you've been told about the health benefits disappears when you control for the other healthy-living habits of vegans. You do need scientific guidance on supplementing (B12, iron, calcium, protein, iodine, others). Best wishes
