i just got my x-ray result and it said fibronodular densities are noted at the right appex, heart, diaphragm and bony thorax are unremarkable, what was that means?

: There is a possible resolved infection, including TB. Obtain a TB test and if there is swelling of lymph nodes, weight loss, fever, cough and any symptoms associated, please immediately see your PCP.

Natural beauty: Well we are all made a 'certain' way -for ex. I wish my nose wasn't so big. So for some things, it's better not to focus on them too much. In your case, you might want to try working on your posture- if you practice, you may be able to project yourself a little better. If that doesn't work, plastic surgery would be a LAST RESORT. You would want to make sure you get an amazing surgeon, not average.

The sudden onset: of your pain, combined with the fact that you describe it as a hard, bony-like bulge makes this diagnosis more challenging. Collection of adipose/fatty tissue in this region is not uncommon, but that would be neither suddenly painful nor "bony." A bone spur can develop in this location, but no sudden pain. Trauma? not typical. Needs in person evaluation with Doc/Spine specialist. Good wishes:)

Doubt cancer but...: If you have a new mass on the spine then you would need an MRI because it's likely something that could be cancer. However, cancers don't commonly arise there and nor are they painful so I would say it's less likely that and more likely some sort of spasm.

my 7yr ols son has a hard bony lump on his chest near his clavical he had an xray and im worried sick as there was diffetent doctors lookin at it?

Benign: Most chest bumps in that location are usually some type of congenital cyst or a ganglion. If there is a history of trauma or a broken bone it could also be a callus from healing fracture.
