Bone erosion: If you are referring to the coccyx again or for that matter any bone the fact that seems most important is you are from australia. I am not sure but i would guess that tropical infections would have to be higher on the list of possibilities than they are here in th usa.   In general those findings suggest inflammation and degeneration (infection, trauma, tumor).

Sacral pain and numb: A pet scan may show activity but a nerve conduction test to see if the numbness is coming from the same point as the sacral pain would probably be the best "next step".

Headache: Your story doesn't sound right. Do you mean tagmen Tympani? you have brain protruding into the middle ear space (encephalocele)?, are you suggesting you have CSF leak and given this condition you have been flying? Does your doctor know that? I suggest you contact your neurologist and go to ER immediately. In the meantime, do not blow your nose and if you cough or sneeze, do it with your mouth open

Recurrent erosion: Usually occurs subsequent to ocular trauma or epithelial disease. New tissue healing over old does not bond like the original, so dry eye or rubbing can redetach the healed area, or reinjure the eye. Uusally treat with lubricants.
