Ice and elevation : To help with your throbbing, the pain to the bottom and problem on the too are likely unrelated. I would suggest you seea foot doc for follow up.

May be a nerve: I would be more concerned about dragging the foot than pain. If you are having weakness then you may have a nerve problem in the leg or possibly even from the low back. It sounds like you need a better work up. I would discuss a consult to a physiatrist or neurologist. If the work up leads towards an intrinsic foot problem then you may be better served by a podiatrist.

Possible: If you had an injury it may be a fracture.  Not all protruding bony prominences are fractures.  The prominence may be as a result of a normal anatomical variant of that bone. It could be a compensatory change of the bone in the area due to soft tissue contractures or a biomechanical abnormality, or it may be due to an underlying bone tumor. Get seen by a professional to determine the cause.

My foot is okay.: I think you meant your foot . If true this is usually seen  with a charcot foot. Do you have a hole in your foot? With bone protruding? Or do you mean you feel a bony prominence?

Flat feet?: People with severe flat feet can have the appearance of bone protruding on the inside of the foot.  Other things could be the cause as well.  Evaluation by a podiatrist could help find the cause of the problem.
