See below: The most likely answer to your issue is a slightly enlarged posterior chain neck lymph node due to past innocent illnesses.  However, to be sure and for your well being, get it checked by your doctor for confirmation of an non-life threatening illness.

Go to a Skin: Specialist called a Dermatologist. The recurrent boils may not just be simple boils. Differential dx include folliculitis, Hidradentitis, Sporotrichosis, Leishmaniasis, Tuleremia, Myiasis, Botryomycosis, Nontuberculous mycobacteria, blastomycosis etc. Check your immune system. Good luck!

Nothing to be : Scared about. Eczema are treatable with corticosteroids. White bumps on his face and neck could just be newborn acne which will resolve in time!

Maybe not.: Sometimes, minor skin infections can resolve with the help of powders containing antibiotics such as neomycin, bacitracin, or polymyxin. In situations where there are blisters forming first, and then break later (and is not viral like chicken pox), a patient usually needs oral antibiotics such as Keflex (cephalexin), Bactrim, etc... Sometimes, a cream called Bactroban (mupirocin) is effective.

Multiple problems: Not sure that all of these are related. If you truly have one side of your face drooping and have lost hearing then you need to be checked for an acoustic neuroma. This could be part of the problem You need to see your doc soon.  I am not sure about the lump on the back of neck but this needs checked out as well.
