: A skin infection can resolve without bursting or popping. If a pocket of pus forms, it will generally burst or pop if not drained by incision.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get HPV and Covid vaccines.

i am getting boils every where iner thy croch .what can i do to stop this they are very pain full and after the boil pops im still left with the sack under my skin so they keep coming back .do i need to have them cut out.?

MRSA / impetigo?: Impetigo is a skin infection caused by bacteria. There is often yellowish crusty material, but pustules and boils can form too. With resistant staph bacteria (mrsa), the infection can be hard to get rid of. Impetigo can spread from person to person, and should be evaluated by a primary care doctor, sometimes with help from an infectious diseases expert. "cysts" may have to be cut out if recurrent.

Surgeon/dermatologis: You need a surgeon (a general surgeon or preferably a colorectal surgeon) or a dermatologist to I&amp;D (incise and drain) the boil. Boils are actually abscesses, which means they are walled-off infections. The pus, or bacteria-filled fluid, inside of them must be drained out, and the skin must then heal from the inside out. Squeezing it will only push some pus further in, which will make it worse.

Depends: I think this is a situation where you really need an MD to take a look. If it's getting worse quickly and warm/tender, you need to be seen sooner since an abscess might be forming and will require antibiotics and possible incision &amp; drainage.

Boiling mad!: It is so irritating when, not only is something wrong, but it is visible! A boil may have no head at first. At the early stages, it may respond to antibiotics and not need to be lanced.  Get seen today.

Boils on skin: Would seek medical attention within 24-48 hours.  Though it looks like blood may be mixed with bacteria and you may need antibiotics to heal and prevent recurrence. .

: Boils may drain spontaneously if you apply moist heat several times daily. However, many that size or bigger need to be drained surgically in the office to have the core/lining removed or the recur repeatedly.

Abscess/boil: It sounds like an abscess or boil as described and certainly the definitive treatment is incision and drainage, with antibiotics.  At times, there may be a palpable cystic "core" to the abscess/boil and a more definitive removal may be required by a surgeon (preferably plastics on the face) to assure core eradication so the issues heals best and does not return.
