Normal: It's normal.  Every night your brain makes hormones that raise your body temperature. Don;t worry about it.

Increase body temp: Exercise in the heat. But may get heat stroke. Difficult to change as the body has a built in thermostat.

By thermometer?: If your body temperature is fluctuating a lot by thermometer reading--then should see your Dr or an Endocrinologist, as my have thyroid issue or other problem. If feeling hot/flushed w/workout, that is body adapting to increased work to speed rate of cooling and is normal. Also, even w/oral thermometer, cool fluids can raise temp reading. Talk to your Dr for best answer for you.

Yes: Normal temperature is a range from 36.1 C to 37.7 C.
It is normal for a person's temperature to fluctuate over the course of the day. We are coldest in the morning and warmest in the late afternoon to early evening. It is also normal to be hotter after exercise or being in a warm environment.

Varies: The typical nadir or bottom level is in the early morning hours while the peak is usually in mid afternoon. This would be standard for those who usually bed down at night but would be different for shift workers. Around 97 would be an expected core bottom and around 99+ for the top. Vigorous work often brings the top above 100 F.

Not really: You have not even gone up one degree which you can truly fluctuate just by climbing some stairs.  Doesn't mean you aren't on you way up, but i would not be concerned about that temp.  Drink a lot of water and rest to see if that helps.  You may be getting sick but only time will tell.

Actually variable: Effects.  The effect of exercise on melatonin levels is variable depending on the timing of the exercise during the day and the intensity.  Late night intense exercise has been demonstrated to lead to an acute increase in melatonin levels, not so true with late night low intensity exercise.  While daytime exercise(whether high or low intensity) seems to have limited effect on melatonin.

my body temperature  rises very high for no apparent reason .  i has only happened twice about 8 weeks apart?

High temp: Not sure what you mean by "high" but if over 101 f  and it occurs again you need to be evaluated for a possible occult (hidden) infectious process.  It is preferable to have blood tests (including possible blood cultures) at the time your fever is spiking, so if it happens again, be seen immediately (same day).

Sleep disorder: Certain sleep disorders can trigger the release of stress hormones (cortisol) which can then cause the production of catecholamines. These can increase heart rate, blood pressure and elevate body temperature...Causing sweating.
Someone trained in sleep medicine can order some tests and provide more information, if desired.

Does it always?: If this is something that happens to you every single month then you are likely sensing ovulation. Ovulation causes a slight change in the basal body temperature typically undetectable by most people without measuring it. If this is a one time occurrence then it is likely coincidental and unrelated to your period
