See your doctor: If you are throwing up even water, you are at risk of dehydration. You need a doctor to consult you so he/she can find the cause of the vomit. You should go to see your primary care doctor or to an Emergency Room.

Pain, vomiting, a sore on your tongue and swollen tonsils must be taken very seriously, especially since it appears you may have had a diagnosis of cancer in the past. 4th day of lower throat mucus causing rattling (yellow mucus brought up from throat w/ cough), cough, joint and body aches hard to get up. fever. trouble sleeping. mild queasy stomach (no throwing up). what could this be? nose clear, no sore throat.

Viral disease: They are many forms of viral diseases that affect mostly the bronchi inside the lungs. The yellow mucus could be a translation of an additional bacterial infection. Antibiotic treatment, a chest xray and a CBC and metabolic panel would give additional clues.

Dr. can check throat: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold, influenza, or "mono" (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is very bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep throat or other treatable causes).

Determine Cause: It's a hard question to answer. It is possible that one thing is causing all of yur pain or each pain is due to different causes. There are med. And street drugs that can cause body pain. There are a few infections that can. You may be able to treat the pains with tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen/naprosyn, but if the pains continue, you should be evaluated by your doc.

It depends: If there is no  obvious health problem make sure you have no thyroid problem or sleep apnea also make sure you have no rheumatology problem.
