it sounds like you are really sick and may need to get to your clinic today.  Right off the top of my head i can think of several possible causes, but first would be a urinary tract infection. If not this you have an infection and will need to treated.

The : The symptoms you describe are consistent with a urinary tract infection (uti), kidney infection(pyelonephritis) or a kidney stone. Please see your doctor for a urine analysis and urine culture. Depending on preliminary results you may be treated right away versus waiting for the results.

i guess i overtrained my biceps yesterday. very sore. outer arm soreness to. never felt this kind of sore. i looked into rhabdomyolysis. looked at symptoms the only thing that qualified me was soreness. no dark urine or swelling etc.. did i overtrain?

: It would be exceedingly very rare to ever get rhabdo myelitis from overtraining your biceps muscles. With rhabdomyolysis, it would be significant muscle soreness and significant generalized weakness and often changes in urine.

Medical evaluation n: Further medical evaluation is needed. You did not say what color is your urine? If it is dark but yellow it may simply reflect dehydration which leads to concentrated urine looking dark.. But blood or excess of Bilirubin in the urine can also cause Urine to be dark brown or black. It is not difficult to find the cause of your illness with the help of further tests chosen by a good Doctor.

Poss. hematuria: Dark urine could be hematuria.  IgA glomerulonephritis does this.  Hematuria appears within 1-5 days of infection.  Suggest a check of urine to know if hematuria is real.

UTI: You are describing definitely 2 different sets of problems. One sounds like a uti. You should have your urine tested urgently for potential treatment by a doctor. Sore throat could be from a very broad range of sources. Dry mouth, acid reflux, cough can cause sore throat. Depending on the severity of the UTI many have noted more generalized complaints, such as back ache. Mention symptoms to doc.

i had a cystectomy in 2013...no bladder and i wear a urostomy bag at all times. i have flu like symptons...body aches, left side hurts worse, get hot and cold and when i empty my bag the urine is thick and a little cloudy?

: The question is whether the urostomy bag contains crystal sediment,mucus buildup or pyuria, a sign of bacteria build up. If it's pyuria from bacteria, is it just colonization with one or more bacteria species or is it a symptomatic infection? In view of your symptoms, I suspect a urinary tract infection &amp; you should call your MD for instructions, testing&amp; begin antibiotics until results are back.

went to cvs clinic for blood in urine and uti, said my protein level in urine is high.  my body aches bad too like i'm sick,  is that normal for uti?

Protein in urine: Protein in the urine may occur in setting of a UTI and blood ( as blood is protein). Protein that exists more than 3 months is more of an issue and needs to be followed more extensively. If persists beyond the urinary tract infection, needs to be quantitate do I.e. Determine how much protein is in the urine in mg/g of creatinine.
