Height increase: Bmi is a calculation based on height and weight.  If weight is increasing, only way for bmi to decrease is to grow taller.

Some limitations: Bmi is "body mass index", a calculation that relates height and weight.  A bmi under 25 is normal, 25-30 is "overweight", above 30 is "obese".  However, bodybuilders with high muscle mass will have bmis above 30, but are not obese. As we age, the bmi may not change much, but the amount of body fat compared to muscle increases.  For any given bmi, women will typically have more body fat than men.

: The purpose of low carb diet is cutting fat weight but you stated that you could not lose fat further after 15 kg loss. If you lost fat just by exercise and cutting fat intake, you can now try a low carb intake. Remember, extra calories (either from fat or carb or both) will become stored fat.

Other methods such as underwater weight or electrical impedance require expensive equipment which is not readily available.  Body measurements (waist, hip, neck) have been used but may vary based on the placement of the measuring tape.

BMI: The body mass index is equal to the person's weight divided by the square of their height.  Ideal body weight will vary with age, sex, muscle/fat ratio, height and bone density.  Bmi is only a rough guide of a person's ideal body weight which is usually a range and not an absolute number. Generally a bmi less than 18 is underweight, 18-25 is ideal, 25-30 is overweight and over 30 is obese.

lose 2 lbs/ m if eat 200 cal less each day- that's = 2 pieces of bread or its equivalent each day less

Core and legs: Core strength and legs should now be part of the workout. Some of us would still have a specific body conformation and that might explain a specific body habitus.
