blurry vision at times, sore throat sometimes, racing heart rate at times, ringing in the ear 24/7 since march 2020, doc has me on metoprolol 25mg x 2 times a day (am/pm) for racing heart rate (the pills work), no doctors can figure out the ringing?

: Tinnitus, or ringing in the ears can become a chronic condition.  From what you've described, you've had this for almost a year now along with additional symptoms.  The typical testing for patients with tinnitus would include a hearing (audiogram) along with a test of the ear drum (tympanogram).  In some situations, providers may also recommend further testing including imaging studies like an MRI

Now we need to find out why you or some one has rapid heart rate--- several causes- atrial fibrillation, flutter, sinus tachycardia, ventricular tach, supraventricular tachy cardia. It is imperative that you see a doctor asap if you have these symptoms.

See an allergist: The symptoms you describe sound like allergies (except for the rapid heart beat). An allergist can teat you to determine what specific allergy you have. Additionally, you should have your primary care doctor evaluate your racing heart. In fact, this should be dealt with before the allergies are checked.

?unrelated: The heart issues could be due to a condition called pat and should be checked by your internist or a cardiologist---easy to diagnose and treat.  I do not believe that this is related to blurry vision.

See doctor: Heart palpitations can be nothing serious or can be a sign of significant heart disease. You need an EKG and blood tests done. You may need to see a cardiologist. Blurry vision in one eye is not normal and you need an eye exam by an ophthalmologist to determine the cause. Don't delay, see your doctor as soon as possible

Tired &amp; Heart: Please see your doctor.  He/she will check your blood pressure for one thing, which MAY be lowering when you stand up causing your symptoms.  Your doc will look for other causes also and offer help to resolve the situation.  Peace and good health.

Need exam: I see you have a history of A-Flutter.  If this continues and sustains itself, it can be dangerous and a lack of oxygenated blood through the carotids, can certainly cause blurred vision.  You need to see the Dr. asap for an evaluation. Best wishes.
