Varicose veins: Can present as you describe,and can be asymptomatic. If it hurts, swells or looks inflammed, see a doctor.

Maybe bad valves : One reason is xs fluid or poor heart function. However at your age if you are in good health and active , poorly functioning valaves in the veins of your legs may cause blood to pool there . This would not explain the veins in .your arms and neck Sometimes normal veins arr prominent in thin people

Normal can be ugly: You could have kidney or heart problems but at your age I would suspect that you have the sl. swollen feet ofter seen at rest in women.  Some of us have relish colored feet from pooled blood and the veins will swell as the fill from gravity. Calf muscles are the major source of return blood flow in the less , so use them and balance will be restored, Walk!

Long periods of standing, working, exercise, and fluid volume intravascularly contribute to flow fluctuations and size of veins. Long-standing expansion can cause vein weakness and chronic stasis or phlebitis.

There are several options for treatment including leaving them alone or removing them through tiny micro incisions (microphlebectomies). This is strictly a cosmetic procedure. There probably is a hereditary component to your veins and there is no way of telling if they will worsen over time or stay the same.
