PG test first, then.: First, do a pregnancy test as "pre cum" can cause live sperm to impregnate you. If the test is negative, then the sore breasts may simply be a function of excess hormone (estrogen) stimulation. See a GYN MD or clinic if you still have any concerns.

i stopped the 3 month injection 10 months ago. i have still not had a period, in last 4 days: sore breasts with blue veins and 2kg weight gain. help?

You need testing...: The Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) injection should not be stopping your periods after 10 months.  You may not be ovulating for some other reason.  There is a long list of causes for this such as PCOS, thyroid problems, stress, dieting, extreme exercise, etc.  Figuring it out may require blood tests etc.  You should see an Ob/Gyn for evaluation. Wait and see: At the end of the menstrual cycle the remaining blood and tissue pass although you are 28 so I am sure you know that. If you feel the discharge is abnormal schedule a visit for testing. If your breast tenderness and abnormal veins continue then schedule a visit for a breast examination.

See below: Birth control pills can cause breast soreness. This tends to decrease after being on the pill for a while. Birth control pills may also contribute the the formation of varicose veins and spider veins. It may be possible for your physician to switch you to a lower dose pill which may reduce side effects.

Yes...: Welcome to womanhood! If sexually active, consider taking pregnancy test. If not, it's never too early to start breast self-exams, the same time every month, about 2-4 days after your cycle ends. Birth control can exacerbate these symptoms, so if relevant, consider discussing alternative hormone combinations/products. Fibroadenomatous breast tissue can be very painful.

Hmm: There is a condition called mondor's disease. This is a painful condition caused by a thrombophlebitis ( blood clot ) of a vein on the breast. It is benign and self limiting. You mention soreness, well it could be...
Are you  breast feeding, felt any lumps in the breast/arm pit? See you obgyn or a surgeon. Do not neglect!

Normal finding: I am amazed about how often I have women ask me about the veins on their breast.  Occasionally they are spider veins but mostly they are blue veins.  These are almost always normal findings and normal variations of chest veins.  They tend to be more pronounced in fair skinned females and they may be related to hereditary factors or even pregnancies.  No treatment is necessary unless for cosmetics.

Maybe you need to: check for pregnancy.  If first test negative, then check again in 1 week.  It is always good to assume that you may be pregnant, since breast tenderness is one of the first signs of pregnancy.  If both tests are negative, and you have a period, then you know you are not pregnant.  Breast tenderness can also come from hormonal imbalance and overstimulation, or infection if it is just one breast.
