i used 1herbal drop for 3days3times a day. it deeply embedded in the eyes and made stain inside cornea. bcoz of this i see blue colored rings at night?

Strange: Never heard of this but I would recommend an oral surgeon or an ENT for evaluation.  Need a though history and exam.

i had a cornea transplant yesterday. i was applying my eye drops as instructed a few minutes ago and noticed that my eye is now blue as opposed to it's original brown color. should i be concerned?

No: The colored part of the eye appears blue because the transplant is swollen.  As the swelling goes down, the eye will look brown again.  I would not worry.

Try it.: Try those measures &amp; see. Also try an over the counter antihistamine like Loratidine once to see if it helps. If it helps, continue it. Stop it if it does not. Also avoid all fragrances &amp; aerosols which are eye irritants. Stop scented soaps, detergents, deodorants, all fabric softeners, candles etc. See an eye doctor as soon as possible to be sure there is nothing else going on. Less screen time!
