Bleeding: It depends. If it is bright red blood it could be an area of irritation at surgery site or anastomosis, an ulcer, a blood vessel or other complication of surgery. Other conditions unrelated to surgery such as hemorrhoids and diverticulosis can result in bleeding. You need to talk with your doctor to clarify what you are noting.

Coordinate: With your surgeon & your gastroenterologist. Maybe wait 4-6 weeks after surgery, but would be best to get the approval from your surgeon who knows your condition in detail, before having colonoscopy.

A variety of things: Rectal bleeding may be from hemorrhoids, fistula, fissure, cancer, infection or inflammatory conditions. If this has happened more than once or is associated with abdominal pain - please ensure you get a medical evaluation. Take care.

Rarely...: Unless you have familial polyposis syndrome, risk of malignant colon polyps at 28 years old is small. In older patients, the vast majority of polyps are non-malignant. Polyps may bleed, & at 28 the possibility of juvenile retention polyposis must be considered. However, bleeding per rectum at your age more typically runs the spectrum from hemorrhoids & anal fissures to crohn's/colitis & infection.

Loose stool. : At your age, unless you have a strong family history of colon cancer, it would be very unlikely that you have colon cancer. But given your history of IBD and your current symptoms, a colonoscopy would be in order.

: No. Did they tell you about the radiation risks from CT? 
For a proper risk benefit analysis discuss with your Dr. Then you can weigh the risks and see.,include risk of dying from diverticula bleed or peritonitis from feacolith perforation.

But only you and your Dr can do a proper risk analysis.

have ehlers danlos, gastroparesis and colonic inertia. ulcers in mouth and throat, bloody stool,post refeeding synd. is this part of gut dysmotility??

No: Ehlers-Danlos isn't the explanation. With mouth ulcers, I'd be very concerned about possible lupus, granulocytopenia, Behcet's, acute HIV, others. Bloody stool is serious and you're going to need to get this investigated seriously and quickly. Get with a competent, aggressive physician-diagnostician.

Nothing for now: Blood in the stool is never "normal". However, colon cleansing can aggrevate hemorrhoids (swollen anal veins) and cause bleeding. 
Warm baths with epsom salts and a cream like anusol will help.
However, if the bleeding persists, there may be a colon polyp or tumor that is bleeding. If so, please see a doctor for an exam.

Could be: Needs to be evaluated.  Even though you are only 40, you should consider having a colonoscopy.  But I would obtain a surgical opinion.  Get a good exam and see what they say.  Hope this helps.
