fromm time to time i have had blood vessels break in my fingers and toes, but in the last two weeks, i have had two break in my thumb and one in the side of my hand by my pinky finger.  i was just asking if i need to be concerned about this and see a doct

Lesions : Peripheral vascular problems that can be associate with vascular anomaies at the finger tips would include splinter hemorrhages, Janesway lesions. These can be associated with endocarditis. Other conditions to consider would be lupus or vasculitis. Simple pressure problems can be a factor or antiplatelet agents.

i have gotten blood draw twice on same arm now i feel thirsty and veins on palm of hand by thumb and center spasms non stop. no pain. what could it be?

Unlikely blood draw: unlikely from blood draw as they only take a small amount (1 tablespoon) so unlikely dehydrated.  If a simple uncomplicated blood draw then there should have been no damage to tendons or nerves.

my straightener was set to 400 degrees and i burned my head on the right side top not on forehead could this cause hemorrhage or damaged blood vessels?

Not really: Thermal burn usually involves the epidermis which does not have any blood vessels. This is a first degree burn with no blisters, but pain, redness. If the burn is deeper 2nd degree it involves the dermis which has small blood vessels causes pain, reddness with the hair intact. Again, no hemorrhage, the small blood vessels leak fluids or get coagulated like the tissue.

Wait.: Veins in any location can break usually as a result of trauma.  When this happens, it is follow by swelling and a black and blue coloring (ecchymosis) of the skin in the area followed by healing over about 10 days.  A vein cyst (hemangioma) is a bluish raised area not associated with trauma.  This will not go away without treatment.  Wait for 10 days and , if no improvement, then see a vein doctor.

i see blood vessels on the top of my eye. felt fine with contacts but feels like something is in my eye without contacts. but i don't see anything?

Irritation: Likely your contacts have irritated your eyes.  Keep the eyes moist and leave the contacts out.  This should resolve.

??: Not really sure what that might be  frankly but it sounds as though it might well warrant a visit to a doctor to check it out first hand.

Don't worry: There are a variety of patterns of the superficial blood vessels over the whites of the eyes.  Some are thin, some thick, some straight and some wavy.  You have probably observed a normal pattern for you and certainly if there was a problem the eye exam you had 6 months ago would have detected a problem.

Vasculitis: The cause of most forms of vasculitis ( inflammation of blood vessels) is unknown. However  we know the immune system plays a role. The immune system is meant to protect the body, but when it becomes "overactive" due to some unknown trigger it can cause inflammation in the blood vessels. This causes narrowing of the blood vessel, decreased blood supply which can cause damage to surrounding tissues.
