Oral problems: SYmptoms could be many things, though sounds like some dental or gum problem/infection, particularly with swollen glands.  I would see your dentist to check the teeth and gums.

Vaginal bleeding: You need to be seen and examined soon by a gynecologist. This should not be delayed. A diabetic who is having vaginal bleeding and difficulty urinating along with other symptoms should make a complete list of the symptoms and their sequencing and frequency and take it along with her to the doctor.  Do this soon and hope this turns out to be little or nothing severe, but better safe than sorry.

Gingivitis: Is a very common periodontal (gum) disease that causes bleeding, redness and swelling of your gums.
You may not have pain and be aware that you have the disease, but you should address this issue seriously. It can lead to advanced gum disease and tooth loss if untreated.
Rec.: see your dentist asap.

Not Normal, but...: A "bloody taste" in one's mouth is never normal and may be due to any number of causes, most of which are entirely benign (not serious). Nasal congestion, gum problems, vitamins and supplements, some medications for high blood pressure and some anesthetics can temporarily leave this sort of taste in your mouth. An epidural blood patch almost certainly has no relationship.

i keep getting a on and off metallic/blood taste in my mouth i also get a on and off red patch inside my bottom lip along with it?

Metal taste: Do you have any fillings that might be loose? Do you have acid reflux? Any medications that could be causing this? I would start with visit to dentist and if all checks out fine there then see an MD for further workup with some blood tests!

Sinus infection?: See a primary care doctor for dx. It sounds like a sinus infection, but have a real exam and get treatment so it doesn't cause further problems or discomfort. Get well!
