80-100 fasting: Normal results depend slightly on individual lab. If slightly abnormal (high) can be due to any carbohydrates or sugars eaten recently especially in last 2 hrs before test.  If slightly abnormal additional tests - hemoglobin A1c (glycohemoglobin), 2 hour post prandial (eating) blood sugar, or full glucose tolerance test can be done if necessary to determine if diabetes is present.

No!: This is one of those problems where a visit to your doctor is emergently necessary to figure out what's going on.  Only after a thorough evaluation, including examination and possibly labs and other tests, can your doctor correctly diagnose you and treat you effectively.

It depends on when: It depends on the time of day and when her last meal was eaten.  If she has been fasting all night and her morning blood sugar is >150 that is not "normal". If you are wondering about her having diabetes you can ask for a test called hgba1c. (hemoglobin a 1 c). A number above 8 would likely  require some medication for diabetes.  I hope this helps.

90/120: Fastings should be less than 90 and postprandials should be less than 120.  
There is a lower limit too: your blood sugars shouldn't be less than 60.  Good luck!

High urine protein: Higher levels of protein may suggest a possible urinary tract infection or kidney disease. Preeclampsia may be a concern if higher levels of protein are found later in pregnancy, combined with high blood pressure. Have your Dr do a urinalysis with culture and check your blood pressure daily and report any readings higher than 120/70 to your OB Dr.
