i have one urgent bowel movement a day first thing when i wake up.  stool is always soft and lose.occasionally i have red blood in it.  please help ?

See a doctor: You should see a dr. Asap. Let him or her know if you have been using any laxatives or enemas. Also, let them know if you have tried excessive dieting or have made yourself throw up. There could be other reasons also, so that is why you should get evaluated soon.

last night i had a bowel movement and after i wiped, there was blood on the tissue and the water was bright red. i don't feel any pain at all outside of the initial movement coming out. i'm 25. should i be worried or was it just due to a large stool?

: Bright red blood on/in fecal debris usually originated from near the outlet. Either the anus itself or nearby. This often accompanies hard/bulky or rapidly passed poop. Blood from further inside (colon) is usually darker towards a maroon color due to digestive enzymes. The description suggests an issue at the outlet.

Yes: Blood in bowel movement is always of concern and should be investigated by a physician. He will want to know how long this has occurred, if there is belly pain, fever, weight loss. Your age and whether you are on NSAID's (aspirin, motrin, etc) also give clues. You will likely have blood testing (CBC, INR, PTT) and quite possibly have endoscopy (long camera into the intestine) to visually inspect.
