Need an Exam: Lesions on the tongue can be either benign or related to a more serious problem.  You need to have a thorough oral examination by your doctor or dentist.

Viral: If you have been seen by a pediatrician to know that the leukocytes are elevated, that doctor should have explained that the chances are this is a viral infection that will pass on its own. But call the doctor back and ask for more information and a diagnosis.

i went to an ent doctor to show him my blood spots on tongue, and he said i also have those inside my nose. what to do? what tests do i need?

Spots or vessels: Blood spots or fragile blood vessels? Bleeding anywhere else? History of bad nosebleeds in you or family? Did ENT advise/suggest/order any blood tests, clotting tests, etc? Did ENT suggest you see medical doc, or hematologist (blood specialist)? Did ENT say you have increased abnormal blood vessels (osler-weber-rendu syndrome, hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasias) in nose or mouth, or elsewhere?

keep getting tiny blood blister spots on tongue. they last ~ 1 day unless i pop them sooner. could this have be connected to my ongoing bloody stool? had cscope 10d ago w/macro inflam but bx normal?

Could be related: Check with your doctor to rule out other possibilities. Blister on tongue-- recurrent-- could be viral in origin-- ie coxsackie or herpes. However inflammatory bowel disease ( ie crohns or ulcerative colitis) can present with such blisters. Then autoimmune diseases ( like lupus) can involve oral ulcers and bowel inflammation. Your doctor should help rule out all of above.

Petechia: A "blood spot" on the tongue could be a petechia which can be caused by some medications or by injury(biting) it is an accumulation of blood.
If this spot is under the tongue it could be a varicose vein(the return blood flow is prevented and the vein accumulate blood).
