Concerning: Please see your doctor soon (like monday - tomorrow).  This is concerning although it could be many things.  It could be migraines but it could also be increased pressure in the head (intracranial pressure), a hormone imbalance (usually the stress hormones), a thyroid issue, a blockage in an artery in the neck, infection, or something else.

Hyperpnea/tachypnea: The rapid breathing will blow out co2 and lower its level in the blood. This may or may not affect the o2 level depending on the cause of the tachypnea.

Yes: The blood pressure is good.  The pulse is rather fast.  The oxygen level if acurrate is quite low.  You probably have some condition already that you are aware of since most people have no idea what their oxygen level is.  Please get rechcecked by your doctor.

hi im covid positive and have low blood pressure . its day 10 for me but i can only take shallow breathes and can even inhale my asthma pump. i have this device which reads oxygen level in blood and its low (91-93), sometimes 89. im weak, advice?

TAKE CARE: Tough situation but the oxygen  levels in the 90's is not bad.  Make sure that you hydrate and eat healthy. Get up slowly so that your blood pressure does not drop. If the breathing gets really bad you may have to go to the hospital.

after being diagnosed with covid on tuesday, today my lung ct was clear.but i keep having 96% oxygen level, cough, high blood pressure, chills i am 65 years old.i had 2 dozes of vaccine.should i go back for an examination? how can the illnes progress?

: The hypertension may require medication and cardiac evaluation is recommended. Symptoms tend to improve at or around day 7. The cough though may be prolonged. Rest, drink fluids, monitor temperature and breathing. The pulse oximetry itself is acceptable. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and chest pain
