See your ob: Need to see your OB asap.  VERY important to control blood pressure during pregnancy for you and your unborn child.

Regular exersice (30-60 min, 5x/wk)
Watch your diet (salt, processed foods, sodium)
If on med for BP by your OB....take it....
Regular (even weekly at times) OB visits.

No: And don't take Aspirin during pregnancy unless your physician directs you to.

Obtain OB care.: Low blood pressure is normal in some women, however there can be many causes that are abnormal.  See your OB doctor for these problems.

Probably okay: If you feel fine it is okay.   Is this your normal resting heart rate.

Normal : The blood pressure falls within the normal range. Feeling cold can depend on multiple other factors such as an imbalance of thyroid hormones, vascular issues and so forth. It is best you consult with your doctor.

my blood pressure usually remains 110/60. i just checked it and it was 97/56. is this a normal reading? no dizziness, just a little tired.

Not exactly: Anything less than 100 systolic is considered technically hypotension, but if you have no symptoms it is of little concern.  It is certainly better than hypertension.  I don't think your blood pressure is the source of your tiredness.

what is the absolute best blood pressure? i hear 120/80, 115,75, 110,60. which one is it?

May not be a BEST: While 120/80 was always the goal, the jury is still out on the best.  Some thought is the lower the better, as long as a person feels ok. Obviously a blood pressure of 70/40 is way too low. I like to keep my patients in the 110/70 range.

Get examined now: BP of 240/120 is an emergency- please go directly to the ER...or go to your local UC clinic.

Bp: Blood pressure fluctuates all through the day and isolated Lowe readings are not uncommon 
If Bp persists low with symptoms than further evaluation would be necessary

Yes: If your hr is &gt;120 at rest, there's something wrong and should be checked. Prolonged periods of rapid hr is harmful and causes "tachycardia mediated cardiomyopathy".
