See your ob: Need to see your OB asap. VERY important to control blood pressure during pregnancy for you and your unborn child. Regular exersice (30-60 min, 5x/wk) Watch your diet (salt, processed foods, sodium) If on med for BP by your OB....take it.... Regular (even weekly at times) OB visits. Good Luck.
