Yes, possible: Above scenario appears consistent with a passed stone, however you are left with the 2 conditions that contributed, taking a blood thinner and the propensity of forming stones and the risk for another such episode in the future remains high. Hypersensitivity : Hypersensitivity of the enteric nervous system manifesting as dyspepsia or visceral hypersensitivity would be most likely.  Non-gi causes such as musculoskeletal should also be considered.  Bloating is often times a difficult symptom to investigate and manage, as you can attest.

Possibilities: A ct scan could have missed a kidney stone that passed just before the scan.  It could also miss diverticulitis, depending on whether the ct scan was done with both IV and oral contrast.  Colonoscopy is definitely the next thing to do.  Another consideration is endometriosis, ovarian cyst, ectopic pregnancy, or inflammatory bowel disease.
