Yes: Everyone's sclera has blood vessels in it. When the eye is inflamed these vessels dilate and become more noticeable.

Bleed: This is a sub-conjunctival hemorrhage.  As long as the vision is unchanged and there is no pain, everything should be fine.  If it is a little irritated, then you can use an artificial tear up to 4 times a day to lubricate. This is due to a blood vessel leaking blood and is usually without cause.  Sometimes straining or blood thinner can cause this. If it continues to happen, follow up with eye md.

Sclera is on the: Out side of the eye and should not really affect the vision. If the vision is affected have the surgeon examine the retina soon.

Possible: A subconjuctival hemorrhage is common, usually after cough or sneeze spells and should clear by itself in few days. Other conditions such as conjunctivitis or scleritis are possible as well and persistence of the eye changes should prompt a visit with your GP for an exam.

Sun damage: It sounds like you have pinguecula.  It caused by sun UV ray.  It sometimes can get inflame 2/2 dry eye, irritation , allergy or more sun exposure.  Pls use tear drops and avoid sun by wearing UV AB protected sunglasses.

Other vitamins?: B12 is a big clue and needs to be followed up. You might have other deficiencies. Ir you are still taking b12, in what form? Add a well rounded multivitamin and review your diet.

Hemorrhage: In the absence of surgery or trauma, if there is blood over the white of the eye (and it is painless and does not affect your vision), then it is a subconjunctival hemorrhage.  This is a seepage of a small amount of blood from a thin walled vessel, releasing blood in the space under the conjunctiva and over the white sclera.  These are benign, and will clear themselves with no need for treatment.
