Unlikely: A 1 mo's congestion is often due to narrow nasal passages &amp; exposure to airborne irritants. Suction of the nose will often trigger bloody show. Proper care relies on nasal wash with saline. If the kid seems to have labored breathing effort it should be examined.

Sinusitis: This is possible, but would need to examine you and see where the blood was emanating from.  Suggest you see an ENT expert and get this assessed.  Good luck.

COVID 19: It is not uncommon to have blood streaked phlegm or nasal drainage (even if not on  anticoagulant). Your symptoms are classic for a COVID 19 infection. If  sx's remain mild, assessment is not mandated. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips /face, persistent significant chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.

URI type Infection : It sounds like you have a bad cold or possibly an early case of the flu. If you have a high fever, you should see a doctor. If the headache is very severe or you get a stiff neck, you should see a doctor. If your ears become very painful, you may have an ear infection. The infection could be viral or bacterial. Which one it is determines which medications might help.

ct scan showed protuberant cavernous carotid artery covered by bone. what does this mean?should i be worried? nasal/ear issues and blood in snot.

Unlikely: It is unlikely that these are related findings because your nose gets its blood supply from the other branch of the carotid artery.  I am not sure what is meant by "protuberant" but if they mean it looks like aneurysmal, you should keep an eye on it and see a neurosurgeon that specializes in vascular disease.

Can call Dr on video: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work, etc. Some people temporarily try OTC Tylenol, Motrin, Aleve, or their generic brands. A bad or increasing headache, recurrent headache, weird headache, or one that won't go away needs to be examined by a doctor. If not severe, can use video first.
