URI type Infection : It sounds like you have a bad cold or possibly an early case of the flu. If you have a high fever, you should see a doctor. If the headache is very severe or you get a stiff neck, you should see a doctor. If your ears become very painful, you may have an ear infection. The infection could be viral or bacterial. Which one it is determines which medications might help.
