just tested positive for covid for the 1st time. i have mild symptoms and have been triple vaxed. is there a risk of cardiac arrest, stroke or blood clot while recovering or after recovery? i'm having alot of anxiety over this?

: Most of the time, Covid-19 related deadly complications only happen to patients with severe disease who are older than 60 years old with significant underlying medical conditions (comorbidities). You are young with mild symptoms so you should be fine, do not worry much. In 3-5 more days, you will completely recover. Take care!

Can be deadly: The size of the clot dictates how dangerous it is. Very very tiny emboli may not have much clinical consequence, unless it happens frequently. A large embolus that blocks large amounts of flow to the lung can cause symptoms including shortness of breath and even cardiac arrest. Unexpected shortness of breath should always be considered an emergency and evaluated by a doctor right away!

a 37 yr old has suffered a stroke'/ has blood clot on brain, two surgeries to relieve pressure. on ventilator, unresponsive, is there hope of recovery?

Stroke: Prognosis depends upon the extent of brain damage so impossible to tell. Hang in there.  Brain is complicated but more plasticity at a young age.  Prognosis has to do with both clinical course and findings on brain scans.

Not wise to wait: If you have a clot it should be taken care of as soon as possible. Depending on where it is it can travel to the lungs or brain or other vital organs and cause significant problems-potentially even death. This will all depend on where the clot is.

Menstrual bleed: Could be normal. If recurring please see a gynecologist.

Need cystoscopy: Need to return to your urologist. Blood in urine, especially at your age &amp; after 2 years without blood, should be taken seriously. Urologist will most likely advise cystoscopic examination. Hope for benign findings. Good luck.

Evaluate: 1) Get your vision evaluated, 2) Headaches - see your primary MD and/or a headache specialist, 3) blood clots -- where/when and associated with what triggers? A few separate but possibly related issues.
