can you tell me about post d&c blood clots in my uterus?

Unclear question: A certain amount of bleeding occurs with d&amp;c and may form clots. It should clear out in  a few days.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

is it ok to take the pill to stop bleeding with implanon if i've had a blood clot prior in uterus 6wks post partum? this was 3 yrs ago i had the clot.

Uncertain : I'm not certain what type of clot you mean. If you just passed a clot with your period it is no problem but, if it was a clot in a blood vessel, you should not take any estrogen due to the increased risk of blood clots in the vessels and the lungs. This includes birth control pills other than the mini-pill which only contains progesterone and won't help the bleeding. Hope this helps.

i'm 9 weeks postpartum and i'm having pelvic pain. had a sonogram and was told i have a blood clot in my uterus. can this cause pain?

Probably not: If you had a vaginal birth  and have resumed normal menstruation or if you do experience some vaginal bleeding, the finding of a "blood clot  in your uterus" is not likely to cause your pelvic pain.

Pelvic ultrasound: Ultrasound cannot predict when your period will start. If there was something seen inside the uterus right before an expected cycle, it could be a blood clot. It could also be something else. What was seen could certainly be blood or debris indicating the beginning of a period, but I would encourage follow up to be certain that something else is not going on inside your uterus.

Retained products of: Retained products of conception can be a very serious condition. The tissue retained is frequently necrotic ( dead ) this can lead to a very serious infection. Time to contact you gynecologist.

See your Gynecologis: You need to see your gynecologist as it may need to be investigated with exam, ultrasound test to check the uterus and if there is any tumor etc
so consult your gynecologist asap.

It depends: A uterine perforation produces no immediate problem unless it involves the intestines or is infected. A cervical tear may or may not bleed.

we need more information.
if this is your first pregnancy,then it must been inherited congenital problem.
if you had many pregnancies in the past,specially if you delivered by C section,that will caused the uterus to be weak,it could even ruptured,and cause harm to the mother,and of course the fetus..

ultrasound tech report: twin as placenta is anterior with a portion that appears to wrap posterior along the lateral aspect of the uterus. there is also a small amount of blood clot overlying the cervix does this mean im going to lose my babies?

: With location of "twin A's placenta" showing a portion overlying the cervical canal, it is common for bleeding to occur (producing a clot "overlying the cervix").  Uterine contractions can separate a portion of the placenta, causing the "clot", but the placenta has suitable reserve.  See your OB and get a referral to a MFM OB MD.
