Not likely: Focal pain that radiates downwards is typically related to neuromuscular irritation.  It is more common to have swelling and skin color changes with blood clot.

You need an exam: You need to visit your doctor in person to get an exam.
A diagnosis of your pain is not something that doctors can guess at. A physician needs to know the location of the pain .Point at it with one finger and be able to discuss its onset, location, duration, radiation to other sties, alleviating and associated factors. i have a superficial blood clot. it was on my calf but i don't feel it there anymore.my inner thigh is tender now.i also have bruises. should i worry?

Why did you: Have the clot? Was it the result of an injury? Are your bruises only on one leg? Sounds like you might want to get it checked out. You might have some sort if disorder that causes clots and you would need to know.

i'm having pain in my left calf , (kind of tightness too) and pain on inner thigh. no redness, not swollen. pain is mostly when standing up. i'm obese. and not very active it's been a week. can it be a blood clot?

: It may be a blood clot but there are other causes as well including early infection. You should get it evaluated by a physician or other medical provider in person to determine if there could be other causes for your pain and tightness such as muscle spasms, tendonitis, ligament sprain, muscle strain, etc.

Possible Blood Clot: Definitely you need to rule out a blood clot first, although very unlikely at your age. What was the history before? Had you increased your exercise and strained your leg muscle? Yes: Could be a pinched nerve in your back.  Occasionally it also could be a nerve entrapment of the genitofemoral nerve as well.  Since its not resolving i would recommend an evaluation by a specialist like a physiatrist or physical medicine ; rehabilitation doctor who has specialized training in musculoskeletal and spine injuries.

Ultrasound: Aspirin won't hurt, but it won't dissolve a thrombus (clot) if that is what you have. You should see a doctor asap and get an ultrasound. If you do have a clot and it breaks free, it could travel to you lungs and cause serious problems (pulmonary embolus). It may not be a clot after all, but i wouldn't want to take any chances.
